Job Requirements
- be at least 21 years old
- have the legal right to work in the US
- possess a valid passport
- have a minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience such as acting as a purser or in a senior/deputy role
- be fluent in English
- pass a comprehensive medical and background check

Job Duties
- lead the pre-flight safety and service briefings for crew
- manage crew performance and compliance with safety regulations
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies with authority and empathy
- ensure all in-flight documentation and reporting is accurate and completed
- provide clear direction and support to cabin crew on all flights
- maintain highest standards of safety, security, and passenger experience
- act as the primary liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
