Job Requirements

  • be at least 21 years old
  • have the legal right to work in the US
  • possess a valid passport
  • fluency in English
  • fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage
  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience
  • pass comprehensive medical and background checks

Job Qualifications

  • proven leadership experience in a purser or senior cabin crew role
  • fluent in English
  • fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
  • manage crew performance and compliance with safety regulations
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • oversee all in-flight documentation and reporting
  • ensure delivery of award-winning inflight service
  • act as the main communication link between flight deck and cabin crew
  • provide support and clear direction to the inflight team
