Job Requirements
- be at least 21 years old
- have legal right to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- demonstrate flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- successfully complete paid Cabin Senior/Leadership training in Istanbul
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience such as purser or senior/deputy role
- fluent in English
- fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage
- must meet standard cabin crew qualifications
Job Duties
- lead pre-flight safety and service briefings
- manage cabin crew performance and compliance
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- maintain all in-flight documentation and reporting
- ensure consistent delivery of award-winning service
- act as the main link between flight deck and cabin crew
- promote a safe and secure cabin environment
