Job Requirements
- at least 21 years old
- legal right to work in the US
- possess a valid passport
- fluent in English
- able to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- minimum 3 years of flight attendant experience with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience
- flexible to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
- fluent in English
- fluent in Turkish is a significant advantage
- valid passport
- legal right to work in the US
Job Duties
- lead pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
- manage crew performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- maintain accurate in-flight documentation and reporting
- provide leadership and support to the cabin crew team
- ensure delivery of consistent and high-quality service
- act as liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
