Job Requirements

  • at least 21 years old
  • legal right to work in the US
  • possess a valid passport
  • fluent in English
  • able to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
  • minimum 3 years of flight attendant experience with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience
  • flexible to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
  • fluent in English
  • fluent in Turkish is a significant advantage
  • valid passport
  • legal right to work in the US

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
  • manage crew performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • maintain accurate in-flight documentation and reporting
  • provide leadership and support to the cabin crew team
  • ensure delivery of consistent and high-quality service
  • act as liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
