Job Requirements

  • be at least 21 years old
  • have a valid passport
  • have the legal right to work in the US
  • pass comprehensive medical and background checks
  • be fluent in English
  • have minimum 3 years experience as cabin crew with a major international airline
  • possess proven leadership skills
  • complete paid cabin senior leadership training in Istanbul
  • be fully flexible to work variable shift patterns including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience such as working as a purser or senior/deputy role
  • fluent in English
  • fluency in Turkish is an advantage
  • valid passport
  • legal right to work in the US

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight safety and service briefings
  • manage and monitor crew performance and compliance
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • ensure all in-flight documentation and reporting are completed accurately
  • provide leadership and support to cabin crew to maintain service excellence
  • act as liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
  • uphold the airline's safety and hospitality standards
