Job Requirements
- be at least 21 years old
- have a valid passport
- have the legal right to work in the US
- pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- be fluent in English
- have minimum 3 years experience as cabin crew with a major international airline
- possess proven leadership skills
- complete paid cabin senior leadership training in Istanbul
- be fully flexible to work variable shift patterns including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience such as working as a purser or senior/deputy role
- fluent in English
- fluency in Turkish is an advantage
- valid passport
- legal right to work in the US
Job Duties
- lead pre-flight safety and service briefings
- manage and monitor crew performance and compliance
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- ensure all in-flight documentation and reporting are completed accurately
- provide leadership and support to cabin crew to maintain service excellence
- act as liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
- uphold the airline's safety and hospitality standards
