Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience in a purser or senior/deputy cabin crew role
- fluency in English
- legal right to work in the US
- possession of a valid passport
- at least 21 years old
- successful completion of Cabin Senior/Leadership training program
- ability to pass comprehensive medical and background checks

Job Duties
- lead pre-flight safety and service briefings for the crew
- manage crew performance and compliance with safety standards
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- oversee all inflight documentation and reporting
- ensure consistent delivery of award-winning service
- act as the main communication link between the flight deck and cabin crew
- provide clear direction and support to cabin crew members
