Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience in a purser or senior/deputy cabin crew role
  • fluency in English
  • legal right to work in the US
  • possession of a valid passport
  • at least 21 years old
  • successful completion of Cabin Senior/Leadership training program
  • ability to pass comprehensive medical and background checks

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight safety and service briefings for the crew
  • manage crew performance and compliance with safety standards
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • oversee all inflight documentation and reporting
  • ensure consistent delivery of award-winning service
  • act as the main communication link between the flight deck and cabin crew
  • provide clear direction and support to cabin crew members
