Job Requirements

  • be at least 21 years old
  • have minimum 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • hold a valid passport
  • have the legal right to work in the US
  • pass a comprehensive medical and background check
  • be fluent in English
  • complete paid Cabin Senior leadership training program
  • be flexible to work varied roster including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
  • fluent in English
  • fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • valid passport and legal right to work in the US

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
  • manage crew performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • oversee overall safety and security of the cabin
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • complete and manage all in-flight documentation and reporting
  • provide guidance and support to junior crew members
  • maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality
