Job Requirements

  • be at least 21 years old
  • have legal right to work in the US
  • possess a valid passport
  • minimum three years flying experience with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
  • fluency in English
  • pass comprehensive medical and background checks
  • willingness to complete paid leadership training in Istanbul
  • be flexible to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum three years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience preferably as a purser or senior cabin crew member
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • fluency in English
  • legal right to work in the US
  • valid passport
  • ability to pass medical and background checks
  • fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
  • manage crew performance and compliance with safety regulations
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • ensure accurate completion of all in-flight documentation and reporting
  • deliver consistent, high-quality service to passengers
  • act as liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
  • provide leadership and support to cabin crew throughout the flight
