Job Requirements
- be at least 21 years old
- have legal right to work in the US
- possess a valid passport
- minimum three years flying experience with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
- fluency in English
- pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- willingness to complete paid leadership training in Istanbul
- be flexible to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum three years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience preferably as a purser or senior cabin crew member
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- fluency in English
- legal right to work in the US
- valid passport
- ability to pass medical and background checks
- fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage
Job Duties
- lead pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
- manage crew performance and compliance with safety regulations
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- ensure accurate completion of all in-flight documentation and reporting
- deliver consistent, high-quality service to passengers
- act as liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
- provide leadership and support to cabin crew throughout the flight
