Job Requirements
- be at least 21 years old
- have the legal right to work in the US
- possess a valid passport
- be fluent in English
- have a minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience preferred
- pass a comprehensive medical check
- pass a background check
- be flexible to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Job Qualifications

- proven leadership experience as a purser or senior/deputy cabin crew member
- fluency in English
- legal right to work in the US
- must be at least 21 years old
- possession of a valid passport
- good command of Turkish is a significant advantage
- ability to pass medical and background checks
Job Duties
- lead pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
- manage crew performance and ensure compliance with safety standards
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- oversee all in-flight documentation and reporting
- maintain communication between the flight deck and cabin crew
- ensure the delivery of award-winning service standards
- provide clear direction and support to the cabin crew team
