Job Requirements

  • be at least 21 years old
  • have the legal right to work in the US
  • possess a valid passport
  • be fluent in English
  • have a minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience preferred
  • pass a comprehensive medical check
  • pass a background check
  • be flexible to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience as a purser or senior/deputy cabin crew member
  • fluency in English
  • legal right to work in the US
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • possession of a valid passport
  • good command of Turkish is a significant advantage
  • ability to pass medical and background checks

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
  • manage crew performance and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • oversee all in-flight documentation and reporting
  • maintain communication between the flight deck and cabin crew
  • ensure the delivery of award-winning service standards
  • provide clear direction and support to the cabin crew team
