Job Requirements
- be at least 21 years old
- have a minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant
- possess a valid passport
- have the legal right to work in the US
- pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- fluent in English
- be willing to complete paid leadership training in Istanbul
- have full flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
- fluent in English
- fluency in Turkish is an advantage
- ability to lead and manage crew effectively
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of safety and security procedures
- valid passport
- legal right to work in the US
Job Duties
- manage inflight team and coordinate overall cabin operations
- lead pre-flight safety and service briefings
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- oversee in-flight documentation and reporting
- maintain high standards of service quality and passenger experience
- act as liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
