Job Requirements

  • be at least 21 years old
  • have a minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant
  • possess a valid passport
  • have the legal right to work in the US
  • pass comprehensive medical and background checks
  • fluent in English
  • be willing to complete paid leadership training in Istanbul
  • have full flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
  • fluent in English
  • fluency in Turkish is an advantage
  • ability to lead and manage crew effectively
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of safety and security procedures
  • valid passport
  • legal right to work in the US

Job Duties

  • manage inflight team and coordinate overall cabin operations
  • lead pre-flight safety and service briefings
  • ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • oversee in-flight documentation and reporting
  • maintain high standards of service quality and passenger experience
  • act as liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
