Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old
  • have a minimum of 3 years of flight attendant experience with a major international airline
  • possess a valid passport and legal working rights in the US
  • fluent in English
  • able to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
  • willing to complete paid leadership training in Istanbul with provided transport and accommodation
  • flexible to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience in a purser or senior cabin crew role
  • fluency in English
  • legal right to work in the US
  • valid passport
  • ability to pass medical and background checks
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • fluency in Turkish is highly advantageous

Job Duties

  • lead the pre-flight safety and service briefings for the cabin crew
  • manage crew performance and compliance throughout the flight
  • ensure the overall safety and security of the cabin and passengers
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies with authority and empathy
  • oversee all in-flight documentation and reporting
  • provide clear direction and support to the cabin crew team
  • maintain exemplary service standards consistent with the airline brand
