Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- have a minimum of 3 years of flight attendant experience with a major international airline
- possess a valid passport and legal working rights in the US
- fluent in English
- able to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- willing to complete paid leadership training in Istanbul with provided transport and accommodation
- flexible to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience in a purser or senior cabin crew role
- fluency in English
- legal right to work in the US
- valid passport
- ability to pass medical and background checks
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- fluency in Turkish is highly advantageous
Job Duties
- lead the pre-flight safety and service briefings for the cabin crew
- manage crew performance and compliance throughout the flight
- ensure the overall safety and security of the cabin and passengers
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies with authority and empathy
- oversee all in-flight documentation and reporting
- provide clear direction and support to the cabin crew team
- maintain exemplary service standards consistent with the airline brand
