Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant
  • proven leadership or senior cabin crew experience
  • be at least 21 years old
  • have the legal right to work in the US
  • possess a valid passport
  • pass a comprehensive medical and background check
  • successfully complete paid leadership training in Istanbul
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience as a purser or senior/deputy cabin crew member
  • fluency in English
  • legal right to work in the US
  • at least 21 years old
  • valid passport
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to remain calm under pressure
  • fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage

Job Duties

  • lead the pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
  • manage inflight crew performance and compliance
  • handle escalated passenger issues and inflight emergencies with authority and empathy
  • ensure all inflight documentation and reporting is accurate and timely
  • act as main liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
  • oversee overall safety and security of the cabin
  • maintain exceptional service standards throughout the flight
