Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant
- proven leadership or senior cabin crew experience
- be at least 21 years old
- have the legal right to work in the US
- possess a valid passport
- pass a comprehensive medical and background check
- successfully complete paid leadership training in Istanbul
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience as a purser or senior/deputy cabin crew member
- fluency in English
- legal right to work in the US
- at least 21 years old
- valid passport
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage
Job Duties
- lead the pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
- manage inflight crew performance and compliance
- handle escalated passenger issues and inflight emergencies with authority and empathy
- ensure all inflight documentation and reporting is accurate and timely
- act as main liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
- oversee overall safety and security of the cabin
- maintain exceptional service standards throughout the flight
