Job Requirements

  • be at least 21 years old
  • have the legal right to work in the US
  • possess a valid passport
  • pass comprehensive medical and background checks
  • demonstrate experience as a cabin crew member with a major international airline
  • willingness to complete leadership training in Istanbul
  • flexible to work on-call and variable rosters including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
  • fluency in English
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • strong understanding of inflight safety protocols
  • fluency in Turkish is an advantage

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight safety and service briefings
  • manage cabin crew performance and compliance
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • maintain inflight documentation and reports
  • ensure overall safety and security of the cabin
  • provide support and clear direction to inflight team
  • uphold brand hospitality standards during flights
