Job Requirements
- be at least 21 years old
- have the legal right to work in the US
- possess a valid passport
- pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- demonstrate experience as a cabin crew member with a major international airline
- willingness to complete leadership training in Istanbul
- flexible to work on-call and variable rosters including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
- fluency in English
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- strong understanding of inflight safety protocols
- fluency in Turkish is an advantage
Job Duties
- lead pre-flight safety and service briefings
- manage cabin crew performance and compliance
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- maintain inflight documentation and reports
- ensure overall safety and security of the cabin
- provide support and clear direction to inflight team
- uphold brand hospitality standards during flights
