Job Requirements
- be at least 21 years old
- have the legal right to work in the US
- possess a valid passport
- pass a comprehensive medical check
- pass a background check
- successful completion of Cabin Senior leadership training program
- full flexibility to work variable roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum three years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
- fluent in English
- fluency in Turkish is an advantage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- strong customer service orientation
Job Duties
- lead pre-flight safety and service briefings
- manage cabin crew performance and compliance
- handle escalated passenger issues and emergencies
- oversee all inflight documentation and reporting
- ensure adherence to safety regulations and service standards
- provide leadership and support to inflight team
- coordinate with flight deck crew to ensure smooth operation
