Job Requirements
- at least 21 years old
- legal right to work in the US
- valid passport
- fluent in English
- willingness to relocate and travel frequently
- able to complete leadership training program in Istanbul
- flexible to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience in a purser or senior cabin crew role
- fluent in English
- valid passport
- legal right to work in the United States
- able to pass a comprehensive medical and background check
Job Duties
- lead the pre-flight safety and service briefings for the cabin crew
- manage crew performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies with professionalism and empathy
- oversee all inflight documentation and reporting
- maintain high standards of passenger service and comfort
- coordinate communication between the flight deck and cabin crew
- provide leadership and support to cabin team members during flights
