Job Requirements

  • be at least 21 years old
  • have the legal right to work in the US
  • hold a valid passport
  • have minimum 3 years experience as a flight attendant
  • proven record of leadership in cabin crew roles
  • be fluent in English
  • pass medical and background checks
  • be available for flexible scheduling including nights and weekends
  • successful completion of paid leadership training in Istanbul

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
  • fluent in English
  • fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage
  • valid passport
  • ability to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
  • possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • lead the pre-flight safety and service briefings for the cabin crew
  • manage crew performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies with authority and empathy
  • oversee all in-flight documentation and reporting procedures
  • provide clear direction and support to the inflight team to maintain service quality
  • maintain the overall safety and security of the cabin environment
  • coordinate effectively between the flight deck and the cabin crew
