Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- fluency in English
- excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- two years' plus experience in news operations and production
- knowledge of Ross OverDrive and Xpression
- knowledge of AP ENPS, Ross robotic cameras, Adobe Premiere is a plus
- proficiency with broadcast control equipment
- ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Coordinates the technical operation of the studio during newscasts and other productions
- observes video/graphics through monitors, verifies quality and accuracy real time
- acts as a liaison on technical matters between the News and Engineering departments
- works with the producers and talent to deliver a quality high energy newscast
- switches video sources and gives direction at the same time during live broadcasts
- adjusts robotic cameras, graphics engines, and audio console when needed
- tests equipment to ensure proper operation
- performs other duties as assigned
