Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Eligible for insurance coverage to drive company vehicles
  • Prior experience in behavioral health settings preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and overnight
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to client safety and wellbeing

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred
  • Experience in behavioral health treatment settings preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and eligible for company vehicle insurance
  • Ability to interact compassionately with adolescents and young adults

Job Duties

  • Ensure client safety and build positive relationships
  • Facilitate group activities and individual challenges
  • Document client progress and communicate with treatment teams
  • Create a supportive and engaging environment
  • Lead daily activities including chores and meals
  • Supervise medication self-administration and detox safety
  • Transport residents to community outings
  • Participate in ongoing trainings and certifications
