Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- possess a valid passport allowing international travel
- ability to pass FAA background check and drug test
- successful completion of intensive 6-week training program

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- college degree or customer service experience preferred
- certification in first aid and CPR is an asset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure
- strong problem-solving skills
- adaptability to flexible shifts and travel schedules
Job Duties
- lead cabin safety procedures
- conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
- enforce FAA regulations
- execute emergency evacuations when necessary
- manage turbulence protocols
- respond to security threats calmly
- utilize first aid and CPR in medical emergencies
- administer AED use in emergencies
- collaborate with flight deck crew and ground medical support
- deliver exceptional customer service in all cabins
- perform meal and beverage service
- anticipate and meet passenger needs
- resolve flight-related issues and conflicts
- accommodate passenger special requests
- coordinate with gate agents and pilots for smooth flight operations
