Job Requirements
- must be at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- flexibility to work day, night, weekend and holiday shifts
- willing to attend paid leadership and A220 transition training
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
- experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- strong leadership and customer service skills
- ability to manage a variable schedule
Job Duties
- coordinate cabin activities
- manage in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations
- provide on-the-job mentorship to crew
- ensure the 'Seriously Nice' service standard is met on every flight
- lead crews on various routes including transcontinental flights
- oversee safety and service procedures
