Job Requirements
- must be at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- full flexibility for variable schedules including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
- experience on A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- legally authorized to work in the US
- valid passport
- ability to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- coordinate cabin activities
- manage in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations
- provide on-the-job mentorship to crew
- ensure 'Seriously Nice' service standard is met on every flight
- lead crews on various routes including transcontinental flights
- participate in paid leadership and A220 transition training
