Job Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass background and security checks
  • Must meet United Airlines height and reach requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work on-call reserve status
  • Willingness to relocate to Houston, TX for training
  • Must be able to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior flight attendant experience required
  • Ability to complete 6.5 weeks of paid training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety of passengers during flights
  • Provide warm and compassionate passenger assistance
  • Collaborate with pilots and crew in a team environment
  • Execute service recovery to resolve passenger issues
  • Maintain flexibility for reserve and on-call scheduling
  • Adhere to all safety and emergency procedures
  • Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service
