Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Must be able to meet United Airlines' grooming and appearance standards
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to a specified weight
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid passport and eligibility to travel internationally

Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety throughout the flight
- Provide warm and compassionate service to passengers
- Collaborate with pilots and fellow crew members
- Perform service recovery to address and resolve passenger issues
- Attend and complete comprehensive training program
- Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Remain on-call for 24-hour periods as needed
