Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to complete 6.5 weeks of paid training
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to work on-call and reserve shifts
- Commitment to safety and customer service
- Ability to pass required regulatory and background checks

Job Duties
- Ensure the safety of every passenger
- Provide warm passenger assistance and compassionate service
- Collaborate with pilots and crew to maintain smooth operations
- Perform service recovery to resolve issues and enhance travel experience
- Attend and complete comprehensive training on safety and service standards
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and on-call periods
- Maintain compliance with all airline policies and safety regulations
