Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to complete 6.5 weeks of paid training
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be willing to work on-call and reserve shifts
  • Commitment to safety and customer service
  • Ability to pass required regulatory and background checks

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to complete 6.5 weeks of training successfully

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety of every passenger
  • Provide warm passenger assistance and compassionate service
  • Collaborate with pilots and crew to maintain smooth operations
  • Perform service recovery to resolve issues and enhance travel experience
  • Attend and complete comprehensive training on safety and service standards
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and on-call periods
  • Maintain compliance with all airline policies and safety regulations
