Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • strong customer service orientation
  • willingness to relocate to Houston, TX for training
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift luggage up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety of passengers during flights
  • provide warm and compassionate customer service
  • collaborate effectively with pilots and fellow cabin crew
  • perform safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
  • assist passengers with special needs and requests
  • execute service recovery to resolve issues
  • maintain compliance with all FAA regulations and company standards
