Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- strong customer service orientation
- willingness to relocate to Houston, TX for training
- ability to stand for long periods and lift luggage up to 50 pounds

- ensure the safety of passengers during flights
- provide warm and compassionate customer service
- collaborate effectively with pilots and fellow cabin crew
- perform safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
- assist passengers with special needs and requests
- execute service recovery to resolve issues
- maintain compliance with all FAA regulations and company standards
