Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to complete paid training in Indianapolis
- no prior experience required
- must be available to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- must be able to respond within 2 hours when on reserve
- must meet FAA medical and safety standards
- must be adaptable and able to handle emergency situations with composure
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- completion of Republic Airways paid flight attendant training
- ability to obtain FAA certification
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- conduct pre-flight safety checks
- welcome passengers and assist with boarding
- provide in-flight safety and customer service
- manage emergency situations and medical responses
- deliver brand-specific food and beverage service
- assist passengers with special needs and conflict resolution
- complete post-flight cabin inspections
