Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to be cross-trained in different roles and departments
  • Be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Possess reliable transportation to and from work
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas
  • Stock shelves and ensure product availability and freshness
  • Prepare and serve food products in deli, seafood, meat, produce, bakery, and floral departments
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-train in multiple roles
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
