Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Willingness to be cross-trained in different roles and departments
- Be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Possess reliable transportation to and from work
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas
- Stock shelves and ensure product availability and freshness
- Prepare and serve food products in deli, seafood, meat, produce, bakery, and floral departments
- Collaborate with team members and cross-train in multiple roles
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
