Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience beneficial but not mandatory
- ability to operate point-of-sale technology and inventory systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- enthusiasm for fashion and retail environment
- capacity to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting
- attention to detail and organizational abilities
- physical capability to lift weights up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally for stock support role
Job Duties
- help put the finishing touches on the store ahead of launch
- create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and assisting with fitting rooms and clothing returns
- share information about upcoming events, gift cards, rewards program, and mailing list
- keep stockrooms organized and complete inventory processes with accurate merchandise check-in and ticketing
- ensure the sales floor remains runway ready through re-merchandising and straightening
- receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to selling departments
- fulfill and ship customer orders following quality and packing standards
- utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments
- maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- provide general support such as setting up special events, organizing backrooms, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures
