Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexible availability to support business needs for a 24/7 operation including holidays and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 65 pounds occasionally
- Must comply with all company policies and legal requirements regarding restricted sales
- Willingness to train at multiple locations prior to the store opening
- Must be able to work overnight shift from 10 PM to 7 AM
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet every customer with a smile, thanking them for their business, and inviting them back
- Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience
- Accurately ring up sales and merchandise, offering customer available discounts/promotions while following all company policies and applicable laws
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store
- Properly label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays
- Perform additional duties as assigned
