Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Standing or walking 6-8 hours per 8-hour shift
- Ability to use hand motions such as single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- Capability for bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work in temperatures below freezing, refrigerated, and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- Capability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- Potential use of ladders

- Knowledge of artisan breads and pastries, including cake decorating

Job Duties
- Produces quality breads and pastries
- Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- Stocks dry products
- Develops new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity
- Trains production personnel to the highest standards in industry
- Performs production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
