Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, people management, P&L and financial management
- must be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- able to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- must possess a valid driver's license
- able to meet the selection criteria for Raising Cane's Restaurant Leader role
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- self-driven, flexible and highly energetic
- strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- able to work effectively independently and collaboratively
- able to recognize problems, set goals, create plans and convert those plans into action
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- some college preferred
- 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, people management, P&L and financial management
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- capable of working independently and collaboratively
- new restaurant opening experience preferred
- valid driver's license
- able to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends and travel as needed
Job Duties
- Lead new restaurant opening strategy and oversee daily restaurant operations and enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- lead daily restaurant operations and uphold operational excellence
- develop the growth team and ensure all performance standards are met
- support staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
- utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
- audit operations and deliver feedback for strategy development and execution
- execute shift management maintaining operations and safety standards
- perform restaurant performance observation walks and take corrective actions as needed
