- must have successfully submitted the FTS Program Application
- pass a background check
- currently employed at a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
- have worked at least six months at current location
- have current employer approval to participate
- be available for assignment dates
- commitment to uphold Chick-fil-A standards
- ability to work flexible hours including potential overtime

Job Duties
- serve on new restaurant opening training team
- train new team members in front of house, drive-thru, back of house and/or prep
- ensure team adherence to Chick-fil-A brand and operational standards
- provide operational support during assignments
- collaborate with other field talent staff and restaurant leaders
- participate in leadership and development activities
- monitor and report on training progress and operational issues
