Job Requirements
- Experience working in pasta production, butchering, sauce production and/or pastry
- strong knife skills
- ability to handle high-volume kitchen environment while maintaining quality and consistency
- ability to work flexible hours including overtime, shifts, weekends, special events, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college degree preferred
- minimum of 3 years of fine-dining restaurant or hotel cooking experience
- experience with butchering meats, poultry, and seafood
- knowledge of sauce production including stocks and roux
- pasta production experience with extruding and cooking rolled and stuffed pastas
- pastry production experience including handmade gelatos, sorbet, custard, and cookies
- strong communication skills
- ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Serve Safe Certification
- strong knife skills
Job Duties
- Perform pasta production, butchering, sauce production, and/or pastry preparation
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and food storage procedures
- read, understand and execute prep lists and POS tickets
- ensure quality and consistency of food according to recipes and company standards
- support the service team to meet guest needs in a timely manner
- follow and adhere to kitchen schedules, par lists, prep lists, and opening/closing procedures
- maintain professional appearance and behavior
