Job Requirements

  • Submit FTS program application prior to first training event
  • Successful background check processed
  • Ability to train team members effectively
  • Willingness to support new restaurant openings
  • Availability to work up to eight assignments per year
  • Flexibility to stay up to three weeks per assignment
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Currently employed at a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
  • Minimum of six months experience at current location
  • Support from current employer
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to travel and work at various assignment locations
  • Commitment to Chick-fil-A’s values and standards

Job Duties

  • Serve on new restaurant opening training team
  • Train new team members in front of house
  • Train new team members in drive-thru operations
  • Train new team members in back of house
  • Train new team members in food preparation
  • Support operational standards and brand consistency
  • Participate in up to eight assignments per year, each lasting up to three weeks
