Job Requirements

  • Complete FTS Program Application prior to first training event
  • Successful background check processed
  • Currently working in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
  • Minimum six months worked at current Chick-fil-A location
  • Approval from current employer
  • Ability to work up to eight assignments per year with a maximum of three weeks per assignment
  • Willingness to travel to assignment locations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including overtime
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A's equal opportunity employment policies

Job Qualifications

  • Currently employed at a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
  • Minimum of six months experience at current Chick-fil-A location
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Chick-fil-A brand and operational standards
  • Effective communication and training skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Support from current employer to participate in FTS program

Job Duties

  • Serve on new restaurant opening training team
  • Train new team members in front of house (FOH)
  • Train team members in drive-thru operations
  • Train team members in back of house (BOH) activities
  • Train team members in prep areas
  • Provide operational support at Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments
  • Collaborate with other leaders to uphold brand and operational standards
