Job Requirements

Complete FTS Program Application prior to first training event
Successful background check processed
Currently working in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
Minimum six months worked at current Chick-fil-A location
Approval from current employer
Ability to work up to eight assignments per year with a maximum of three weeks per assignment
Willingness to travel to assignment locations
Ability to work flexible hours including overtime
Adhere to Chick-fil-A's equal opportunity employment policies

Job Qualifications

Currently employed at a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
Minimum of six months experience at current Chick-fil-A location
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Strong knowledge of Chick-fil-A brand and operational standards
Effective communication and training skills
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Support from current employer to participate in FTS program

Job Duties

Serve on new restaurant opening training team
Train new team members in front of house (FOH)
Train team members in drive-thru operations
Train team members in back of house (BOH) activities
Train team members in prep areas
Provide operational support at Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments
Collaborate with other leaders to uphold brand and operational standards
