Job Requirements
- Complete FTS Program Application prior to first training event
- Successful background check processed
- Currently working in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
- Minimum six months worked at current Chick-fil-A location
- Approval from current employer
- Ability to work up to eight assignments per year with a maximum of three weeks per assignment
- Willingness to travel to assignment locations
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A's equal opportunity employment policies
Job Qualifications
- Currently employed at a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
- Minimum of six months experience at current Chick-fil-A location
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong knowledge of Chick-fil-A brand and operational standards
- Effective communication and training skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Support from current employer to participate in FTS program
Job Duties
- Serve on new restaurant opening training team
- Train new team members in front of house (FOH)
- Train team members in drive-thru operations
- Train team members in back of house (BOH) activities
- Train team members in prep areas
- Provide operational support at Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments
- Collaborate with other leaders to uphold brand and operational standards
