Job Requirements
- Completion of FTS program application
- Successful background check
- Current employment at a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
- Minimum six months experience at current location
- Support from current employer
- Ability to work up to eight assignments per year
- Willingness to work up to three weeks per assignment
Job Qualifications
- Currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
- Have at least six months of work experience at current Chick-fil-A location
- Obtain current employer's support to apply
- Demonstrate leadership and training skills
- Be available for up to eight assignments per year
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Serve on new restaurant opening training team
- Train new team members in front of house, drive-thru, back of house and/or prep
- Provide operational support during assignments
- Collaborate with other leaders across Chick-fil-A
- Ensure adherence to brand and operational standards
- Assist in disaster relief or temporary operational locations
- Monitor team member performance and provide feedback
