minimum six months at current location

ability to travel for assignments

Currently employed at a Chick-fil-A branded restaurant
minimum of six months experience at current location
demonstrated leadership and operational knowledge
strong communication and training skills
ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

Serve on New Restaurant Opening training team
train new Team Members in Front of House (FOH)
train new Team Members in Drive-Thru operations
train new Team Members in Back of House (BOH) tasks
train new Team Members in food preparation (Prep)
provide operational support at Chick-fil-A assignments
collaborate with other leaders across Chick-fil-A
