- Must have a food handler's permit
- ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height
- able to work in a confined restaurant kitchen around fryers, grills, drink stations, shake machines, dish washers
- must be able to work in a high pressure, busy restaurant
- must be able to read orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.
- must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 50 pound

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, answer questions about the menu, and provide assistance with orders
- process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of each shift
- take dine-in and takeout orders via point-of-sale systems and confirm order accuracy before submitting to the kitchen
- stay informed about menu items and promotions to answer guest inquiries and make suggestions
- address guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary
- prepare quality food based on the guest's exact order while following all food safety standards
- maintain a well-stocked clean, hazard free kitchen at all times
