Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license copy
- Food Handler's Certificate (County of Riverside - must be valid)
- Letter of introduction
- Two letters of recommendation dated within the past 24 months preferred
- Proof of high school graduation
- Updated resume
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate (County of Riverside)
- Experience in food service preferred
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and food safety standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow health regulations and procedures
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals to students
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain inventory and order food supplies as needed
- Collaborate with school staff to promote healthy eating habits
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
- Keep accurate records of meals served and food purchases
- Assist in training new food service staff
