Job Requirements

  • Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service
  • Proficient in cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
  • Knowledge of food and beverage, as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills
  • Display a confident and professional appearance
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
  • Must be able to carry about 40lbs

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
  • Manage transactions, process payments, and balance the cash register
  • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked including cleaning glassware and restocking supplies
  • Provide exemplary customer service by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • Promote teamwork and collaborate with restaurant staff to create a positive work environment
  • Follow all necessary steps of service ensuring consistency and professionalism
  • Respond promptly and positively to guest requests
