- Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service
- Proficient in cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
- Knowledge of food and beverage, as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills
- Display a confident and professional appearance
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
- Must be able to carry about 40lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Manage transactions, process payments, and balance the cash register
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked including cleaning glassware and restocking supplies
- Provide exemplary customer service by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Promote teamwork and collaborate with restaurant staff to create a positive work environment
- Follow all necessary steps of service ensuring consistency and professionalism
- Respond promptly and positively to guest requests
