Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred but not mandatory
- Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
- Happy and nice
- Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand/walk and stay focused and alert for extended periods of time, 6-8 hours per shift
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Job Duties
- Greets all guests with genuine enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival
- Informs guests of their estimated wait time
- Accurately enters guest names and information into the Resy system
- Escorts guests to their assigned tables
- Presents menus and provides initial table introductions
- Bids guests farewell as they leave, expressing appreciation for their patronage
- Addresses guest questions and concerns
- Performs light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning glassware and menus
- Ensures the cleanliness, stocking, and orderliness of restrooms
- Acts as the first and last point of contact for guests, creating a positive and lasting impression
- Communicates effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
