Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
able to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping such as lifting bending and standing for long periods
reliable and punctual
flexible availability including weekends and holidays
ability to communicate effectively in English
must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior housekeeping or cleaning experience an advantage
ability to follow instructions and work independently
strong attention to detail
good communication skills
ability to handle physical work required in housekeeping
commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC
maintain security of equipment key and supplies issued
report lost and found articles to supervisor
respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
ensure guest rooms meet cleanliness and quality standards
