Job Requirements

Must be a nursing graduate expected to complete degree by May 2026
Eligibility to work in Vermont or northeastern New York
Commitment to participate in residency program starting between June and October 2026
Ability to work in various hospital units and clinical settings
Willingness to follow clinical supervision and training directives
Demonstrate compassion and professionalism in patient care

Job Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program by May 2026
Ability to engage in clinical education and hands-on training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient safety and quality care
Capability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment
Basic understanding of nursing principles and clinical protocols

Job Duties

Participate in classroom education sessions for nursing skills development
Engage in hands-on skills sessions to enhance clinical competencies
Work under direct supervision of clinical preceptors during patient care
Demonstrate safe and effective nursing practices at the bedside
Collaborate with experienced nurses, nurse educators, and subject matter experts
Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in various specialized units
