Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Sales Gallery providing a warm high-end greeting to all guests
- Manage the stage presence of the gallery ensuring music lighting scent and temperature are perfect at all times
- Provide concierge services including offering beverages taking coats and managing the arrival experience while guests wait for their sales associate
- Manage the calendar for the Sales Gallery including scheduling tours and broker previews
- Conduct daily walk-throughs of the Sales Gallery and Model Residences to ensure they are 100 presentable
- Report and track Sales Gallery deficiencies
- Troubleshoot report and coordinate with vendors to maintain and resolve any Sales Gallery issues including florists cleaning crews IT AV support
- Create and maintain a collateral and office supplies tracking sheet
- Monitor replenish and track delivery of inventory of marketing collateral refreshments and office supplies
- Manage invoicing and Sales Gallery budget
- Assist in execution and logistics coordination of on-site and off-site broker events and VIP buyer previews
- Maintain a local guide knowledge base of neighborhood amenities restaurants for prospective buyers
- Answer the main phone line providing a polished professional first impression
- Maintain and update CRM systems MLS postings price sheets unit status and trust fund logs
- Produce and distribute sales traffic escrow and investor reports
- Track reservations contracts cancellations holds deposits incentives parking storage requests and unit status changes
- Manage CRM lead distribution engine ensuring inquiries are assigned to agents based on protocols
- Monitor CRM health ensuring agents update lead statuses and follow up within required timeframes
