Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in leasing or property management
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • 3+ years of experience in leasing, real estate development, or property management with a proven track record of successful lease-ups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Apple operating systems
  • Experience overseeing lease-up teams and delivering effective reports
  • Energetic and imaginative with strong communication skills
  • Experience using Entrata and Yardi software platforms preferred

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to enhance brand awareness and ensure successful lease-ups
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with local businesses, academic institutions, and community stakeholders to expand market reach
  • Lead the lease execution process and collaborate with training to onboard New Development Assistants
  • Conduct market analysis to monitor trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
  • Adapt leasing strategies as needed to maintain lead generation and brand visibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including training, sales, revenue operations, and strategy for lease-up success
  • Oversee day-to-day sales functions within the temporary leasing space
  • Hire, train, and manage the Temporary Leasing Office (TLO) and localized sales team
  • Ensure pre-leasing compliance with lease execution, financial requirements, and company policies
  • Achieve pre-leasing milestones aligned with company goals as per New Development Non-Discretionary Bonus Agreement
  • Travel as required to support lease-up activities across the portfolio
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  • Regularly lift and move objects up to 50 pounds as part of job requirements
