Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • must obtain burglary alarm license through Utah Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing (paid by company)
  • able to work full-time with flexible schedule
  • prior sales experience is a plus
  • proficient with basic computer functions and software
  • committed to a drug and alcohol-free workplace
  • able to work in person

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior sales experience preferred
  • proficiency with basic computer functions
  • ability to learn and utilize software, databases, and sales scripts
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Make outbound calls to customers with installed systems between 30 days and 18 months
  • resolve technical and billing concerns proactively
  • educate customers on smart home system capabilities
  • ensure a seamless customer journey from sale to installation
  • consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • communicate complex product offerings clearly and persuasively
  • collaborate with supervisors and management teams
