Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum three years of proven sales experience
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Experience with sales automation and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in marketing and merchandising strategy
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum three years of successful sales experience in retail or district/territory sales, event management, personal selling, and customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office and Sales Automation, CRM or web-based software
- Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities desired
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in marketing and merchandising strategy and execution
Job Duties
- Research and identify potential school and district partners
- Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to educators and administrators
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and interests
- Set up appointments and pass qualified leads to Account Managers
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software
- Coordinate revenue-building activities with event partners
- Support a high level of customer satisfaction through effective sales methods
