Job Duties
- Prepare and cook banquet dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure timely delivery of cooked dishes to banquet events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
- Coordinate with banquet and service staff to meet event requirements
- Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
