Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Monitor, coordinate and communicate operational activity and decisions for internal employees and customer communication
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team that monitors flights in real-time for delays, cancellations, operational impacts, ad-hoc requests, and technology initiatives
  • Prepare immediate or proactive messaging as needed
  • Support 24/7 operations with flexible working hours including nights, weekends, and event-based on-call support
  • Join scheduled and unscheduled operational planning calls to recap and communicate plans
  • Establish communication protocols for various operational events to ensure standardization
  • Provide administrative support for team schedules and vacations
