Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- Two years of experience in a related IT role or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- CCNA Route & Switch certification or equivalent demonstrated knowledge
- Strong hardware troubleshooting experience
- Working technical knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and internet standards
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and network monitoring tools
- Ability to research and evaluate networking issues, tools, and solutions
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- On-call availability up to 10 days per month
- Ability to sit for extended periods and operate computers, tools, and network equipment
- Ability to inspect cabling in floors/ceilings and lift moderately heavy hardware
- May require travel, including occasional overnight stays

Job Duties
- Perform telecommunications network analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance across the organization
- Conduct engineering studies to determine system requirements and long-range network planning
- Design and deploy LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, switches, hubs, UPS systems, and related hardware
- Analyze and resolve network hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately
- Create and maintain documentation for network configurations, network mapping, processes, and service records
- Provide end-user support and training when needed
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously without direct supervisory responsibilities
